Besides the normal deletion of assessments and responses, it is also possible to delete multiple responses based on date created.
Open METIS and go to "Metis Administration and select "Clean Up Responses"
Select a date. All responses completed prior to this date will be selected for the deletion process.
If the response you have chosen for deletion is the last respons in an assessment or the last one attached to a person you have the option to delete the associated assessment or person.
Go throw and select or deselect the responses you want to delete.
Confirm that you want to delete the selected responses.
This is a irreversible process, once the data has been deleted it can not be retrieved.
Once the deletion has been confirmed you can return by closing the window.
