In rare cases there is a difference between the local cached data and the
Online date. This may result in errors when generating reports.
To resolve this issue it is necessary to clear the local cached data
1. IN THE METIS ADMINISTRATION SELECT "USER SETTINGS".
2. IN THE SETTINGS MENU SELECT "DATA".
3. CLICK ON CLEAR TO RESET THE LOCAL CACHED MEMORY.
No data will be deleted or lost by performing this action
Once completed you can return to Metis Home and continue.
