The restaurant chain, LETZ SUSHI, has undergone major changes within the last year since implementing BRIGHT in their recruitment process.

The recruitment process is now less time consuming since Service & Training Manager Henrik Persson already does the screening before the first interview.

 

INTEGRITY AND STRESS MANAGEMENT IN FOCUS

Henrik says that they mainly focus on the candidates' scores on integrity and stress management.

They have created a focus on this since it is important for the restaurant that their employees are honest and reliable, just as a high-stress tolerance is necessary so that the candidate can stay calm and work efficiently even during rush hour.

The screening gives Henrik Persson the initial angle on the candidates, that he’s never had before. He experiences that the test provides answers to everything difficult to see with the naked eye.

However, sometimes he experiences that a person has such a strong resumé which makes him call that candidate in for an interview, even though the test showed that the candidate was on the verge of not being chosen. But the personal meeting always supports the knowledge. The test provided information that he received prior to the meeting, where the candidate ends up still getting rejected.
