If a user is unable to log in and they have exceeded 5 attempts, the system will lock the account to prevent further tampering. With METIS 10.5 the company METIS administrator has the possibility to unlock users
1. IN THE METIS ADMINISTRATION SELECT "USER LOGINS".
2. IN THE USER LOGINS LIST SELECT THE USERNAME IN QUESTION.
3. UNLOCK THE USER ACCOUNT BY PRESSING THE PADLOCK ICON.
4. RESEND CREDENTIALS TO THE USER.
