This lesson explains how to find the METIS log file.
In order to better, analyze the error we would like you to send the METIS log file.
If the Client is not able to start you can locate the logfile by typing %localappdata% in the Explorer address bar.
Then you locate the folder called "Metis\logs" inside this folder is a series of files please select the most resent one.
After you have copied the content into you clipboard you can paste it into an email and send it.
