You have the option to unlock and reset the PIN code. 

1. SELECT THE BLUE QUESTIONMARK.

2. CLICK ON "RESEND PIN CODE BY E-MAIL"

 

3. WAIT FOR THE NEW PIN CODE TO ARRIVE AND ENTER IT TO LOG IN.
