1.  CLICK ON "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?"

 

2.  ENTER YOUR EMAIL OR USERNAME

3.  CLICK ON "NEXT"

 

 

4.  THE SYSTEM WILL SEND A PIN-CODE TO CONFIRM THAT YOU'RE THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT

5.  ENTER THE PIN-CODE YOU HAVE RECEIVED IN YOUR MAIL AND SELECT "NEXT"

 

 

6.  SELECT "FINISH" TO COMPLETE THE PASSWORD RESET

 

7.  SELECT "OK" AND LOOK IN YOUR MAIL FOR THE NEW PASSWORD.
